GENERAL TECH
DOT HELMET
Must wear long pants
No leaking fluids
Must have driver seatbelt
Must have pass. seatbelt for ride-alongs
Must have battery tied down
No loose wheel bearings
No broken wheel studs
Basically a sound vehicle

TANDEM REQUIREMENTS
all requirements above PLUS:
6-point roll cage
